My Pixel is not detected

Use desktop Chrome or Edge. The phone must show Fastboot Mode for the browser check. Use a data-capable USB cable plugged directly into the computer. Close other flashing tools. If you cancelled the USB picker, connect again.

OEM unlocking is unavailable

Update the stock OS, connect it to the internet, then check Developer options. Carrier restrictions can prevent unlocking. Contact the original carrier if needed. We cannot bypass these restrictions.

Installation was interrupted

Keep the phone connected. Reconnect when the installer requests it. Do not lock a partially flashed phone or enter personal data. Follow the official installation and recovery guidance. A download is not proof that flashing completed.

The helper cannot connect

The phone must be booted into GrapheneOS for ADB, with USB debugging enabled and this computer authorised. Connect exactly one phone. Use the Owner profile for configuration. If a setting fails verification, the helper attempts to restore its changes and keeps a recovery journal.

Payment is pending

Do not pay again. Return to your original checkout browser and wait for payment confirmation. Access is issued from the verified payment webhook. Closing a tab does not cancel a completed payment.
